Who is Samantha Matteucci?
This site is my portfolio, a look at my work and projects. Basically, a look inside my mind, inside me, my life. What I like, dislike, what interests me and everything in between.
I love all things fashion and art, reading, photography, sailing, spending time in nature, and Formula 1 racing so those will be the main ideas and focal points of this site. I also love cooking and baking so there may also be a sprinkle of those topics on this site.
I am a graduate of The Ohio State University, where I majored in Fashion and Retail Studies, so while art and other interests of mine will be a major part of this site, fashion will also be featured. The Fashion Focus page will be where I voice my thoughts on current trends and styles. I will share outfits I put together, come up with and style, and my "fit checks" or work outfits.

More About Me
Fashion Interests:
I have loved fashion for as long as I remember. I am interested in styling. I remember growing up and religiously watching What Not To Wear on TLC. I love putting together outfits for myself and others. When I shop I am putting together outfits in my head. Planning outfits is my favorite part of every day/week.
I am also very interested in how fashion and social media play into each other. There are so many different fashion niches on social media and I love stumbling across all of them and discovering new styles and aesthetics, seeing what is trending and what may not be anymore.
There is so much potential in the fashion industry and I am interested in learning about all of it!
I could get lost for hours on Pinterest, looking at outfit ideas and getting sucked into new aesthetics. Shopping is one of my favorite things to do in my spare time and brings me joy. I am firm believer that retail therapy is a legitimate form of therapy. While I probably have too many clothes, I will never tire of looking for new pieces to add to my wardrobe.
